What makes us the perfect choice for your self-catering holiday?
Battisborough House is the ideal venue for a good old-fashioned holiday by the sea, no matter what the season. Situated in the peaceful countryside with lots of privacy. The House is set up to withstand the rough and tumble of our active guests. There’s so much to do at the house, within the grounds or down on the beach, that you will hardly need your car. Open throughout the year, it’s fantastic for a large house party of friends, to celebrate big birthdays or to enjoy family gatherings and reunions. With space for up to 2 well-behaved dogs who know that a venture upstairs or a snooze on the sofa is against the house rules!
You arrive at the house through the entrance pillars and down a tree-lined driveway. There is parking for at least eight to ten cars. With a variety of room choices – double, twin, or dormitory-style. We can accommodate up to 24-30 guests. All beds are made up according to your sleeping plan, and towels are provided.
Our facilities include more than ample bath/shower rooms, a farmhouse kitchen, a big dining room, a large sitting room, and an additional snug.
